Congratulations to Shaun "MrWanda" Acton for becoming the first "Yorkshire Poker Club" champion

He won a close fought contest with Steve "AcesSteve111" Brook finishing on the same number of points but on count back Shaun wins with the virtue of winning 1 more game than Steve. With Chris "ChrisHiam" finishing in 3rd. 

A new league will start next month, if you are interested in joining in, drop me a PM or post on hear

Breaking news

As the winner of League 1, Shaun (MrWanda) played a $163 game on PokerStars and he only went and cashed for $489. The rules of the first league were any money would be split 50/50 so Shaun wins himself $245 and the rest is to be shared out to all the league players as per the rules. Plus he still has a $109 game to go
