The Main Event Tournament Structure can be found
HERE -
the 02:30 finishing time is an estimate which will be confirmed late on Saturday evening - breaks are usually after every 3 levels, and a "split" dinner break will take place after L6 (50% of tables will proceed to the dinner break after L6 whilst the other 50% play on through L7 - then they will change over).
APAT UK Team NLHE/PLO Tournament Side Events Players must register/buy-in for these events at the venue poker room cash desk
from 18:00 on Saturday for the NLH Side Event being played at 20:00 that night, and
from 20:00 on Saturday for the PLO Side Event being played at 13:00 on Sunday. You are advised that these Side Events may be subject to a maximum player capacity, with alternates and max 1 re-entry up to the first break. Alternates/Late Entry will have priority over Re-entry.
Multi-tabling is NOT allowed, consequently, no player still in the UK Team Championship Main Event can buy-in to any side event before their exit from the Main Event. The poker room runs a High Hand Jackpot on the NLH cash tables. This involves £1 from each pot £25 or more plus the company standard of 5% rake capped at £5. A straight flush is worth 10% of the Jackpot (capped at £250) and a Royal Flush will see ALL NLH cash game players paid. Currently the Jackpot is circa £12k and expected to approach £30k if it is not won by the time of our event. The poker room also runs the usual array of cash games including Dealer's Choice and Omaha.
PrizesThe winner(s) of the Main Event, the UK Team Championship, will be:
Team - highest combined scores from all team member finishing positions (1st = 100, 2nd = 99.... 100th = 1)
Individual - finishing position
The Top 3 teams and Top 20 Individuals will be paid on a 50/50 split of buyins as follows:
Top 3 Teams (50% of buyins = £6,600) - 1st=£3,600 - 2nd=£1,800, 3rd = 20% £1,200 - payouts will be made to Team Captains.
The default APAT prize structure (individual) can be found
HERE= £6,600 - payouts will be made to winning individuals.
