Dear Mr Alcock.

Thank you for your Email below, It has been passed to me for my attention in order to resolve to your satisfaction.

I have had a conversation with our networks regarding this issue, They have informed me that over the last few days they have carried out software updates on the TalkTalk/AOL servers They are currently still testing to ensure the fault is fully resolved, but after initial tests, they believe the upgrade to be successful, can you confirm this is the case from your side. If issues are continuing I am happy to pass the problem back to the network as an example.

I will await your response.

Still not working for me either using AOL. I have occassionally been able to access site but I suspect this has been in low demand periods.

Many thanks for your email regarding accessing our site.

I can confirm that the issues affecting AOL and Talk Talk customers is still
ongoing I"m afraid. But rest assured that we are working with AOL and Talk Talk,
in getting this issue resolved.

Unfortunately we have no possibility to effectively influence AOL/TalkTalk for
solution or timeline of resolution I"m afraid.
