im folding pre, not to do with hand strength for flopping good draws but the sheer numbers in the hand, if the board is paired on the flop you have no idea were you are and in terrible position. i dont mind the call of $1.75 but the $7.75 re raise is screaming aces probably suited with broaday cards

it also seems full of very loose agressive and passive type of players and on that flop i"d imagine some has called with a 9,10,j,q type hand also and i"d imagine at least one player has a 9 and someone could be trapping with JJ

im folding, your straight draw outs are probably no good as the range of hands people are calling with, your straight will fill up their houses

i can certainly deal with the argument for folding on the flop, but I am wayyyyyy closer to 4b pre than fold.  Broadway rundowns with no gaps and a suit are a monster hand in plo.

Edit: esp wen this guy is raising or 3betting 75% of buttons.

i thought of the 4b pre but again if were repopped is it not a pretty mandatory call for our stack with nothing less than draws? but at least we"d probably be heads up against the villian. if we  4b and are then 5b from villian 1 or 2 (possibly 6b) its a tough decision, close our eyes and shove it in?

id rather see the flop as cheap as possible then decide the best course and on this flop 4 handed im folding as i dont think my overcards are good and as i said, if i hit my straight cards it probably fills up one of the villians - chances are though we are dead to one of the villains JJ anyway

If we 4bet pre we are never ever ever folding.  We have good equity against most hands.  As far as one of villains having JJxx, I have a blocker, so tht is unlikely.

Agree tht 9x is obv a strong possibility and agree that many of our outs will fill them up, which is why I think fold flop is good.  Another argument would be what is villains calling range if we shove flop?  They do not auto-call all 9"s so we def have f/e, which i think brings it a bit closer, but fold still seems marginally ahead.

as played, tough to continue to chase a straight on a paired and flush draw board. Could be drawing thin at best, dead at worst.... and if you chase and hit your straight, could cost you your stack.

I don"t think I could ever call and chase a straight on this board......  however if you don"t put him on 9xxxx or JJxx, then he would find it pretty tough to call if you shove here.... but that is read and stats dependant.
