How would you rule this micro pub stakes?

10p/10p after pub league tourney cash game

I never played the tourney but turned up for a bit of a laugh and cash after an afternoon in the pub with other mates.

1st hand I fold and usual pub fare, betting gets raised huge, 3-4 callers then huge C bets

Flop, although irrelevant but has loads of draws is 5 6 7 with 2 diamonds

Players all know each other very well for a couple of years especially players 1 and 2

Player 1, SB, who raised pre and got 3 callers open shoves his last £5.50 into a £6 pot
Player 2, UTG + 2, who limped pre, calls £5.50 leaving approx £1.30 left in his stack
Player 3, Button, who also limped pre, is deliberating what to do

Player 1 is looking anxious and saying out loud, I don"t like this now shows player 2 his cards whilst player 3 is deciding what to do on flop and (IMO) rightly goes off saying "why the hell you showing him your cards, he"s now got extra information on any decisions. I"m asking for a a mis deal and start again"

What should the repercussions be for the players?  As I just turned up literally 90 seconds earlier I didn"t want to rock boats so I stayed silent. (plus I was pretty well oiled)

Way I saw it, and if it was in a casino is, player 1 who showed his cards should have his hand mucked for deliberately revealing to another player his hole cards. And his cards should also be turned face up before player 3 decides what to do. Player 2 did nothing wrong IMO and he didn"t ask to see the hole cards? But his stack size is a problem. He has £1.30 Josh behind in a pot of £16+ and should player 3 call or raise I don"t think player 2 is ever folding, even if he needs runner runner for 2pair, straight, flush etc!

But also an underlying factor is the setting. It"s a 10p/10p cash game among friends in a neighbourhood pub. It"s a fun game with fun elements and gambling as the amount of pre flop bets go

Firstly...we"re not killing a live hand for a "OPTAH" violation and it won"t happen in a casino unless there is a specific rule against it.

As another player in the hand has seen P1"s cards they should be shown to all so that everyone has the same information...and go from there.
