I"m delighted to announce that Phil "PHIL_TC" Tompkinson has joined the APAT team with responsibility for the technical side of the organisation. 

Phil runs his own web development business and he has already been an invaluable help working through our current configuration issues.  His joining is just another great example of the APAT community pitching in for the improvement of the organisation as a whole.
