Millions of dollars up for grabs tonight
« on: February 17, 2008, 10:03:08 AM »
Big night for online poker:

FTOPS main event (500$+35$)
Sunday Million (200$+15)
2 mill guarantee tubo takedown (10k FPP"s)
Sunday Brawl -likely to attract 1mill prize pool (240$+16)
Sunday Warm up- 500k guarantee altho some spec it will hit 5k runners (200$+15)

I"m going to be playing FT ME, Sunday Brawl and million. Undecided on warm up.

Unfortunately no FPP"s to play turbo takedown (lost em all trying to qualify!!!)

Anyone planning on playing any of the above tonight?

Will be playing the $200k at Titan ($215 entry, usually 950 runners), and the PokerStars Sunday Hundred Grand ($11 entry, 20000 runners).

Cashed on both on the last two Sundays.....  Take them both down for around $70k.

I qualified for the turbo takedown in a 1,000FPP 1-table sit and go.
$2million prize pool seems quite sexy, apparently 1 in 3 players will cash, and it"s restricted to 12,000 runners. Does anybody know how many runners are usually in the Sunday Million? Or if it is restricted to a certain amount?

Finished on the second run of the ladder in Turbo Takedown for $300. 9600 runners in total and they dropped like flies, bubble burst just after first break and then things went crazy, the stacks were within 10k of each other but blinds were quite big, making it all in or fold poker. Was quite relieved to see the second bubble burst and grab the $300.
