Final Prize Structure
« on: September 05, 2012, 17:33:08 PM »
I"ve been speaking with the team about the prize structure, and we were all of the opinion that it seemed a shame for the runners up, whoever they end up being, to walk away without a prize.

If East Mids FORE are in agreement I was proposing that the team winners would get the Main Event Prize, and 1 side event whilst the runners up would receive the additional side event.

Of course, if we"re in agreement here we"d need to agree prior to the final, and then over to APAT to see if they would be happy to accomodate.
Gotta be in it to win it!

Hi jeffers

I have responded to the skipper"s PM and I have also dropped a note to Des to this effect.

In principle I agree with the sentiment. Of course we know that there are "no deals in APAT" but if APAT were to endorse this before the final kicks off....

Let"s see what develops  :)

Thanks Leigh

As per PM I think we are all cool with the above.

Guys, ignore my point about 5 side events (which I will now edit). I was making assumptions without having read the original post

Both teams have agreed to a revision of the prize structure as below :-

1st  4 x WCOAP Passports (1 x Main Event Seat + 1 x Side Event Seat)

2nd 4 x WCOAP Side Event Seats

Good Luck to both teams
