OK after a slightly different selection process I finally have a team I am really happy with and think will put in a great challenge in our effort to wrestle the Home Nations back from Scotland.

Mike is a name familar to everybody at APAT and he was a member of the team who were unlucky not to do better at this event last year. He gets a deserved recall. Paul and Dai are newer to APAT but not new to poker at all. Dai has final tabled the National Pub Poker league and played the IPO after qualifying online. Mike is a regular in the games around the Cardiff area and these guys will be a stiff test for anybody who finds them on their table (I am glad I am in the same team so don"t have to worry about them until Sunday).
Now you may ask why I have chosen to call my team Wales B. The reason is probably what most of you would guess it to be. It is certainly not that I think they are the B side in quality of player, most certainly not. It is more about who is the man who should be leading the Wales A team this season. It was originally going to be myself after Paul M was unable to do it this year, however after the first two events of the season, in the most unsurprising announcement ever, I give you the captain of Wales A for the Home Inter-nations - Warren Jones.
I will allow Warren to add his own team (he has certainly earned the right this season). I know he has selected a GREAT team and expect him to post it tomorrow (if he doesn"t I will).
Good luck to England, Scotland and Ireland in the coming tournament.
