Not Walsall this year, played there last year.

My other half (the better player   ) and I have earmarked Edinburgh, Dublin, DTD (Omaha and HORSE - me, Main Event - her) and Bolton as definites, so long as we get through the clickfests  

And later in the year we"ll decide on the European in Luton. We should be at the end of year event in Manchester seeing as how it"s "just over the border"

Yes I have clocked the Manchester dates for end of the year and hopefully by then I will have a few of the more capable players from our pub games signed up.

Welcome to the friendly community that is APAT.

If you"re wanting to take your game to the next level and beyond then, imho, APAT is where you need to be.

The standard at the nationals is obviously a mixed one, it being for amateur players, but generally good really bad through to excellent - a great place to learn and improve, and pick up tips and strategies.

Try and get yourself to Walsall, you"ll not regret it.
