Is he really a nice friendly guy who runs APAT?? Or is he perhaps a dangerous terrorist???
I suggest we ask the staff at the airport who confiscated his "dangerous weapon" at check in.
The offending item??? His camera tripod!!
(by the way, I noticed that in Dublin airport they were selling camera tripods in the electrical shop which is in the departure lounge - ie would have to go on with hand luggage!!)
