Swansea Hotels.?..?
« on: March 03, 2010, 12:54:19 PM »
Just wondering where the majority of people are choosing to stay?

Im looking for somewhere cheap and cheerfull, only using it to sleep, will be spending 90% of time in the casino so just somewhere close and cheap is ideal.

The Travelodge & Premier Inn are the closest but I think they are all full.

I think you will  be hard pressed to find anywhere close for a reasonable price.

However, I"d suggest that you try LateRooms, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Expedia.co.uk. All of them have map functions to enable you to see where they are in relation to the casino.

Otherwise, if you trawl through some of the other threads you can see some other recommendations

The Dragon / Grand Hotel also got mentions IIRC.

No idea if this place is any good but I just booked the Glevdon Park Hotel.  Cost £32.50 for the Saturday night and only 1.4 miles from the casino.  Got it through www.laterooms.com.
