Online League Round 3 - Sunday 28/03/10

A reminder that round 3 takes place on Sunday 28/03/10 at 2000 hrs.  Please participate if possible.  Although low in numbers the team has made an encouraging start already with an individual second place (thank you and well done hammerite).  As the saying goes, never mind the quantity (of players in other teams) feel the quality (of our team).

Look forward to seeing you on the tables folks.  A warm welcome to players who have signed up in the last 2 weeks.

Sorry skipper, needed a bit more luck last night.

Three way all-in I had aces against Kings and Ace King suited, rainbow flop, but runner runner diamonds put me to the sword.  Would have been well set, but as the points turned out last night might have struggled to get any team points on the board.

The final ignomy was to push from the button into an unopened pot with the might that is T9o only for the BB to wake up with AA.

Oh well, there is always next time.

Definitltely one of those weeks.

Linda had a disproportionate number of AA and KK but lost each time.
I was crippled when I pushed all-in with AQs to be called by K5 - no need to elaborate any further on the inevitable suckout.

Let"s hope for better next time.
