Hello, getting close. Give me a few days to conclude a bi-lingual email stream!

Flying into Barceona or Girona is likely to be the best bet, with car hire to venue...if you want to make preliminary plans

Due to it being a Spanish National Holiday weekend, we"ve decide to move the event back a week, to the 15th-16th January

Whilst we would hope to take a number of UK players across, the proposed venue indicated that Spanish players would be highly unlikey to play an event on the suggested weekend, and we"ll need them to make it a successful event

Hotels in the area, on checking, were already fully booked too

We hope to announce the venue in the early part of next week, and it would involve flying into Girona or Barcelona

Always a risk of booking early, no problem.

Plan A. Change the flights, costs more to change than to rebook. You figure that one
Plan B. Utilise the otbound flight, book a new return one and stay in Spain for a week.

Plan B. Is looking favourite

Turns out first weekend of the year in Spain is unsuitable, once I looked into it, sorry.
