How much under $50, as i got about $42, and was wondering how the $200 was broken down

The $200 is broken down as £75 to the host casino (G Manchester) and the balance to the player.  This calculation is done by Blue Square and based on the dollar / pound exchange rate at the time.  Clearly £75 was equal to $158 on the day in question.
