London, February 15, 2012: The Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) are proud to present the PokerStars.com National Online League.
In the first announcement of plans for their sixth season, APAT have outlined a headline partnership with PokerStars.com, that will see teams from twelve APAT Regions compete for the National Online League, with all of the action played out on Sunday nights at 8pm, exclusively at PokerStars.com.
The League, which will run over 15 match days between March 11th and June 17th, will feature a $10 + $1 buy in and a structure offering 5,000 starting chips and a 15 minute clock.
APAT members will have the chance to win UKIPT, PokerStars Sunday Million and PokerStars Sunday Kickoff Seats. APAT National Ranking Points will also be on offer to leading individual players, many of whom will also be challenging to become part of the English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish International squads for the fifth annual World Championship of Amateur Poker (WCOAP), which will take place at Dusk Till Dawn later in the year.
