Why do you think he is a disrace Marty? I think he is spot on, and you say for someone in his position, well thats the reason why so many people respect him, because he seems to be standing up against somthing wrong.
DN is well respected in the community, wears heart on his sleeve seems to have principals etc, and i think its strange that others (in similar poker/celebrity positions) havent come out and said somthing too.
Its not the first time that he has spoken about cheaters/ scum etc. I have read his blogs for a few years now, in the past he has came out and spoken about Annie Dukes behaviour and Russ Hamilton cheating players out of millions. He is a little annoying to watch and listen too somtimes, but poker needs people like him i think.
