I wonder whether the UK business culture is heading this way?

I bet it felt good to send this letter to the company (and get the money for the book deal that follows).

His sentiments are probably recognisable in many large corporates today...... and I certainly recognise them in my place of work.

Not being too cynical, but in his elevated position in that company he probably has made enough money out of his beloved customers already  ;D
