Right i know tis is NOT apat"s fault, i won a seat in mondays sat ( miracle i know).Monday was the only night i could play this week and im off out again soon, so i wont be here when registration opens. Is there any possible solution to this ?

Have been working on a solution all afternoon.

If worst comes to worst we have the names of the satellite winners and their seats are reserved/secure via my secret supply of non-holding tank seats for emergencies. Which isn"t so secret now

so I am left with regging myself and praying that I can pick a seat up for Deb via the seat transfer later.

I will keep a seat aside for Debs, as WH cannot resolve your difficulty of living under the same roof, hopefully will release it if seat exchange sorts you out first

Rich,

Andy was also saying that Deb steals most of the duvet and very rarely lets him have the remote control for the tv.  I"m assuming that you can help with that aswell ?

I don"t know if anyone else has noticed, but I have observed that Leigh has begun making the occasional post lately.

Does this mean we will see him in Cardiff?

I"d like to congratulate Mike Slee on only on his win, but for spotting what when wrong on the first two satellites. His screenshot confirms that I should of won a prize of £6 (not £2.40 as previously posted). But I"m more concerned about my seat when finishing fourth in the second satellite. I"ve still had no response from William Hill and I wont be able to chase it for the next few days, as I"m away in Prague. I"ll update the forum on my return on Monday.
I sympathise with the other players who have had problems with the third satellite and echo most peoples views that William Hill Poker leaves a bit to be desired. Reading between the lines, I"m sure Des will ensure the problems we have endured are sorted and not replicated.

Thanks for that.  Just trying to do what I hope any good APAT member would do and report an issue that, even though did not affect me, would affect another member.  I wouldn"t want anyone to lose out on something they were entitled to just because of WH"s cock ups
