I bet turn to start with.  Think we r def missing value checking back.

River is very dependant on our image and villains image, but rarely folding.

...we bet 85K leaving 170K behind.

Having done this...I"m never folding.

Initial instinct was fold, and i just typed a great big post about why it"s a fold based on there being nothing out there that we can beat when he check/shoves the river....... unless it"s a stone cold bluff.

But then I re-read the post. We are only losing to KK/KQ/QQ/QT and if he had any of these hands, would he really check the river after we had just appeared to give up on the turn when checking behind?  Surely, after we have checked behind on the turn, he has to lead the river to gain value and to avoid the risk that we just check back again.  So, for that reason, I suspect a bluff rather than the nuts.

Call.

No, fold.

Oh sod it, call.

Definitely fold.

Eyes closed. Big sigh. Call.

6 off the money in the WSOP (assuming I"ve qualified for next to nothing), I"m sat in the bar until the bubble bursts.

but seriously, this looks like a bit of bubble abuse and I call it off here in a beat. There are hands that beat us, but I"d want a bit more history that would tell me that BB would check the river after the turn action.

Putting ourselves in the villains shoes, he could be thinking how to get paid and may have decided that checking river is the only way to get more money in the pot. Again history would be needed...

Looking at the hand as an isolated incident, you have a full house and have bet a third of your remaining chips on the river, so snap call the shove

We have played for hours on this table with no reads?

Can give some sort of answer but irrelevant without history
Obv when we are sat there we have a plan BEFORE we make a wager on the river
Looking forward to making my first day 2

Agree its kind of meaningless without reads. Hero is obv not me so don"t have the reads.

Thought it was a really interesting hand though.
