On the brightside I might have run a little well this evening got away with a mahoosive blooof early and then ran like God and won :) emailing the hendon mob as I speak.. hey if it works for Chezgerfest...  ;) x

fyp

::)  ;D betting each street like I have it.. going all in on the river.. like I have it.. then showing 72 is good for the game though? sets the intentions for the evening early ;D then admittedly did run like god AND got the added bonus of knocking out Gary Palmer for the bounty of more bramble brandy. Happy days   :D

With all the cold weather recently.. the snow and ice and frosts... I got to thinking.. at what temperature can guinea pigs withstand the winter? This is their first year outside and the poor little buggers seem proper annoyed at it for some reason.. but surely in the land where guinea pigs orginate from errrm.. papa new guineapig land they have winters and are used to such seasons? Or is this going to go horribly wrong.. and Anna will be wondering why the cage has disappeared outside.. and I"m serving surprisingly small individual Christmas dinner turkeys this year?...

I <3 the mahoosive blooof

I <3 Circus Afro too

and I loved getting rubs from Foggy when his 22 beat my 77

Did you find your medal btw?  ;)

;D the rub from Foggy was particulary harsh wasnt it.. lots of pent up history of getting pwned topped off with a few weeks off the fags for you..

Medal.. yes.. although Lucy did get me going when she said Stu had pinched it after I"d knocked him out, knowing he was likely to get smashed at the crown after poker, I was already drafting my "Dear Des.. you"ll never guess" email in my head  :D

Have checked the guinea pigs.. they"re still alive. Bonnie came out with me.. kinda looked a little disappointed.

Still.. at least its not beetroot.. not 100% sure I could eat that though  :-\ x

I do believe I merely suggested that Stuart taking your medal with him, as you had left it so carelessly unguarded, would be a fairly "Stuart" thing to do ... I did not say he had "pinched" it...and, if this did indeed tilt you, it only meant you went on to luckbox me out of all of my chips in two hands and win the damned thing !!! lol so, who loses there? :p

So back to betfair.. I have one outstanding bet which is on the good old xfactor. Now for those of you that know me, betting on betfair on the Xfactor has always ended up with me pulling a face like Bonnie the other day as she had her glands expressed at the vets. One day I MAY get over Rage against the Machine. One day  :-\

Anyway.. I"m greened up so its all good..

Now what to do.. I bet on James ages ago, he"s the best of the bunch in my eyes PLUS he"s from the Boro. Do I cash out now for 78 notes.. or let it ride.. havent seen tonights show but apparently he did the business.. most of you are probably pulling Bonnies face right now and going "Xfactor??"  ;D happy days x

So £210 profit from last night after letting it ride and some jiggling about means my xfactor losses from the infamous "joe" year are reduced a little and its happy days.. also reduced the stress over the weekend of heading over to my folks installing a new digi box for my mam.. shes getting on a little and being able pause live TV, record a program and watch something else.. then have the option to watch the the recording program "live" whilst its still on or from the start.. rewind tv.. my mam who writes everything down on bits of cardboard got as far as "switch TV on", "press the AV button".. and that was it  :-\

Received a phone call first thing this morning about "foyles war" whatever that is.. and another 6 throughout the day. Bless her.. and here"s me getting her a laptop and the internet for the first time ever this christmas for someone who"s never used a computer in their life..  erroneous  :)

Found myself with a few hours spare last night so decided to play the APAT Stud game in the bunch of fives.. ran well from start to finish really and ended up with 4th for a scrape into the cash. Congrats to Kevin again on the win. Wish I had chance to play them every night really as they"re good fun, and thoroughly recommended, but just don"t have the time  :-[

With Christmas coming I"m making every effort to make the Stockton home game tonight as it will be the last one for me before Christmas and probably before 2013 (depending on any end of the world things occuring as well). Would be good to make it back to back wins as well  :)

Christmas day, I"m off to the Salvation Army again to help out which is always fantastic, its an old peoples hall up in North Shields, helping with the dishing out of the dinners to the 100 or so that make it to the hall, and driving and delivering dinners to those that can"t make it on the day. Lots of singing afterwards and LOADS of washing up.. but its a great experience and to make it even better this year, Anna is coming with me as well to help. We both can"t wait.

New Years eve.. off to a ball with Lilly which is going to be amazing, I"ve been upto Edinbrough for the street party the past x number of years so looking forward to something different.. getting fitted for my tuxedo next week.. was contemplating a serious diet, but it is Christmas after all.. they"ll be rolling me down the red carpet but it"ll be happy days  :) x
