Staring stack fine, clock fine, finishing time fine. Maybe a couple of extra levels early on to slow it down just a tad

Thought the structure is good. Ideal for a wednesday and sunday night game. Tests your shove/fold range and plays to my strengths really.

I am most likely in the wrong thread,
and it has not much to do with feedback to the game last nite,
as this is more a feedback to feedback posts made here and in another thread of the online cup

What really surprise me is that some of you guys moan about the software, in a way that i do not know if I shall find it sad or funny.
Well first of all complains there is more suck out on boss than in other rooms, that"s crap really. I play regulary on boss since few years, as well on stars, and in times other networks. There are "bad beats" everywhere, and there are not more or less bad beats on boss then somewhere else. It is always easy to blame the software for loosing isn"t it???

But what I could not understand is all that moaning about things the software does "not have" when the software actually does have them. What are you little kids?? Honestly guys, my motherlanguage isn"t English, but the pokerrooms language is. I am most likely the most dummy of this forum on things like pokerrooms , but even I was able to find all the things which was the moan about.
Have you ever thought that all those tabs/buttons in the lobby actually are there to be clicked?? To see what happens when you click them. Like filters? That there might be something to unclick, like tourneys you not want to see? Or settings, that you could change things like card deck there?
Just like actually you have to do it on stars as well, otherwise you see a lot of tourney you not want to see there.

Just as an advise should you ever again choose a pokernetwork you not have played before, do this few days before the tourney, take a bit time and actually click on the tabs/buttons, you might be surprised what you can find there. (Well unless you play in the networks where boyles is or 32red as they are indeed very user unfriendly)

But Boss is the most userfriendly sites specially for dummies, and I know what I am talking about cause I am one, when it comes to this  :)

I wondered what you do at home, when your woman cooks a nice new meal for you. Are you complaining you can"t taste it as because it is new you don"t know how to cut it? And will she cut it for you and feed you with it? Or will you try it yourself?

I don"t know if it was coincidence or you was at my table last night, but there was also a few players complaining about software. I guess everyone has their own opinion on this and as a few players where grumbling I guess they must have a point in their own eyes, each to their own.. On a personal note I have no major issues with software, I was miffed that I couldn"t see my cards ideally when sitting in seat 1, but with a little tinkering it was easily solved as there is the option to select your seat.. As for the comments of software being to blame for bad beats, well that"s just absurd! I play 95% of my poker online across all networks, hand on heart I see this happen all the time if not worse in the 5% of live Brick and Mortar poker I play over the year.. I"m sure we all remember the bad beats we receive more than the bad beats we dish out :).

As for structure .. Perhaps 20 min blind increase might please the majority of players, but I think if you adjust your play to the structure it shouldn"t be a real problem.. There was still open shoving all in early on last night on my table with still plenty of play left so even with a longer structure people are still going to do it so I say take advantage of this and chip up early on.

Well that"s my 2 pence.. On a final note, I would personally like to thank Des, Matt and APAT for giving us all the chance to compete in this cup competition with great added value if your lucky enough to win.

i would like 3k chips and antes to come in later. 12 minute blinds is fine but would not be unhappy going to 15 minutes

Quite happy with how it ran last night 3k stack or added couple of levels only change if any.

I get an error message when trying the hand replayer but may be my PC

As for the bad beat moaners, obviously didn"t play many of the micro millions series recently on stars.

A few people have mentioned they have this problem. It"s caused by the moveable "info" boxes being positioned in the way by default. One "fix" is to move seat, but this will mean you won"t be able to see your opponents cards in seat 1, which therefore isn"t a great solution.

However, you can simply move the boxes (drag the bar at the top of them) to a move convenient area of the screen. You can also minimize and maximize them by clicking the arrow at the top right of them.

I"ll post up a couple of screenshots on this another time.

just need to have my hands hold - that is all  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Very much this!   :)

I found it fine, although like many have said a small increase in the starting stack would work for me. 3 or 4k I"d suggest shouldn"t make the game overly long IMHO.

Please don"t change the starting time though. Earlier than 8 is difficult and I don"t want to agree to play in a team, then find I"m struggling to turn up for "matches".  Not sure I"d be missed mind!  ;)

+1 to this. If you bring it forward my aging body may not cope with the extra alcohol consumption required.
