Just back from week 5"s weigh-in at Fat Fighters and have got the hump.
Turns out that the scales I used at last weeks meeting weren"t calibrated correctly as, like me, a number of other fat fighters have put on weight this week, despite sticking to the plan.
It said I had lost 5lbs last week which I thought was a bit excessive, and in fact we, as a group of fat fighters, had lost in excess of 100lbs in total that week.
This week about half of the group have put on weight, of between 1-3lbs so the above conclusion was reached for the sanity of all concerned.
Therefore last weeks loss should have been 2lbs giving a total of 18lbs with another 2lbs off this week, so that"s 20 in total.
Still pi55ed off thou.
