To secure a seat you need to buyin online Split, you can turn up on the day and go on the alternate list but best to buy in ;)

Direct buy in will be open on Thursday.

Just wanted to double check the direct buy-in time for this event. The thread suggests 8pm on the 8th, but the tourny lobby shows 00.00 on the 8th?

Thanks.

If the lobby is open midnight tonight can we buy in or will it be corrected to be 8pm? I don"t want to buy in early if it"ll be cancelled?

According to their website there is a £30 F/O (8k stack) on Thursdays but that is for this week. Probably doesn"t change much.

Other than that there is a Grosvenor over the road but details there are few.

The rest of us will be in the pub.

Seen the £30 game. The G website is horrendous. Blonde used to be great for this kinda stuff up until they went all German 1940"s.

As for the pub I don"t get many passes these days so am cramming as much as possible on the poker front.

I was reading on the front page of one of the daily papers this morning that severe weather conditions are forecast for the end of November, including temperatures of minus 15 degrees and up to 3 feet of snow. Now I realise that these forecasts aren"t always accurate, but once you"ve bought in to the ME, if you don"t make it to the venue due to adverse weather conditions, I assume it"s no refunds, just tough luck ?

I kind of knew I was asking a rhetorical question, at least now people can"t say they weren"t warned  ;)
