Favourite online site

Where does everyone enjoy playing the most and why?

I used to really enjoy stars but find their schedule a bit flimsy for mid stakes players.

My fave site ATM is Full tilt. Love the schedule- and their tournament structures are awesome. Tourneys start with either 2000 or 3000 chips. Structure:

10/20
15/30
20/40
25/50
30/60
40/80
50/100
60/120
80/160
100/200
120/240/25

10 levels before antes kick in. Levels are 12 mins instead of 15 on stars but you get a lot more play IMO.

I quite like the Stars structure.

I played the Deepstack 20 euro game on Poker Trillion the other day (Boss network) and the structure there was great.  Apart from the obvious deep starting stack (5k), the levels started at 12 mins, but when the blinds get really high, the level time increases, first to 15 min levels, then 20 and finally 30.  I thought it made for much better play late on.

For MTTs I prefer Stars - love the 15 min blind levels.

For STTs I prefer iPoker (usually at Titan) simply because up to the $55 game, they are so soft.

For Cash, it"s iPoker all day long - up to $1/$2 it"s just easy money.

iPoker is awful for standard MTTs below $50 buy in - they have quite a fast structure with many levels missing, no antes, and 10 minute blinds.

Best "fun" tourney is the Sky Open, although I wouldn"t dream of playing that to try and make money - it"s just an impossible game to play good poker consistently - 7 min blinds and fast structure...... if you don"t play a hand in first 30 mins, you are already getting close to an M of less than 10.  It"s just nice to be able to watch the live commentary, and to hear critique of your own hands occasionally (especially when you get one right!)

I"m a recent convert to Full Tilt. I"ve got 12 different sites downloaded and tend to flit between them, but I tend to spend more time on those with deeper stacks/slower structures.
Currently tearing the Ipoker anonymous tables a new one

Do you play cash or tourneys? I have just downloaded that during the week and not loaded yet.

Ive just signed up to FT last night. Not played anything yet, just having a browse, im not keen on stars, the only reason being that they dont do rakeback, and with being used to playing on blonde and will hill which do 30% rakeback, you can get it on there.. ill have a gander at the cash I think to work off the bonus.. ;D

Whilst only a small stakes player ($5 sitn gos)i either player on blondepoker due to their "loyalty scheme"

Recently I returned to ladbrokes as they play a six man top 3 players cash (usually 3rd place returns your stake) I tried this this month and am about $80 up for the month , its even more straight forward playing the 20 hand levels as you have no pressure to make a play and people usually get bored and play hands they shouldnt and invariably get into trouble over it.

my aim this year is to get my bank roll up to $1000 *currently at $439 and then i may attempt to move up a level.

Not sure if Ladbrokes pays rakeback? if not, seriously consider going over to willhill.. great software, but more importantly, they have the double your money STT"s at all levels, pays 5/10 or 3/6 double you stake minus rake, the same as what your on about I think.. Like you say, so many people play the wrong cards its quite easy at the $5 or £5 level or even the $10 level. Game get a little tighter higher up, and the 30% weekly rakeback is great.. (no i dont work for them)..

Smiler, id say uv got enough to take a shot at ten dollar sngs now, no way u need 1000 to play them, id play them with a bankroll ov around 200 dollars, 20 dollar sngs are different, would love advice on what a decent bankroll for those would be?
