1. Early night tonight, go to bed sober and get a good nights sleep
2. Up at 4:30am Saturday - Breakfast of Muesli and bananas - fibre and energy
3. Get flight and arrive in Dubln refreshed
4. Get to the Regency hotel and avail of their Gym and pool
5. Eat a light lunch of boiled chicken and fresh Salad
6. Start like a rock for the first few levels and study the form
7. No drink for the whole of Saturday and play the "A" game

Fresh from his diet - fair play he lost a loooooad of weight - Dan will be frequenting various entertainment venues in order to gain material for his new book "Sex, a new perspective after weight loss" whilst lying through his teeth to all the croupiers

Leaving Friday
Bigfella -- Vegas veteran who will obviously be the leader of the gang and show the rest of us "the ropes" (and handcuffs etc)

Leaving Saturday
Dan "I have planned all the resturant visits" Jones - He follows the Queen in his travel plans -- she is no further that 15 miles from a major hospital on her travel - He is no further than 5 metres from a food house

Danny Gatrell -- Bought a new house and needs to pay for it -- unfortunately his style of play will probably start the fight again in TI -- good job we have Bigfella along

Ok its the night before we go to Vegas.

Wednesday is the home game night and I did think of cancelling and getting an early night, but they are great fun and I really enjoy them.

So tonight will be the preparation for the games in Vegas (not) Duke will play so tight they will be worried (not). Also I will be cutting back on the alcohol consumption (not) I won"t get an early night cos I"m going to win (not)
