Is it recommended to buy in in advance still? It used to be quite popular but I haven"t been to the gala in ages

I have not been for over 6 months but before that I used to just turn up and pay, but it gets busy around 5.00, so I normally get their at 4.30 and watch the footy results

Might call them and pay over the phone. I just can"t be arsed to sit there for an hour and then wait another 45 minutes for the tournament to start late.

Got my pass out so will be there on Saturday.

 Lost my first bullet after 3 hands. Firstly have to fold tens on a 554 flop. Then get a donor to stick 100bb in with KT on a KK6 flop vs my KQ. Obv lose. Might be a short night

Still on 3k somehow

Double up with 34s in big blind. Flop is 567ss and get in vs j7. Back to 6.5k.

Next hand back to 3.2k with AJs v77 after I squeeze. Flop QTx brick brick.
