As I am sure some will have noticed the Saturday of APAT Coventry coincides with the 2nd test of the GB & Irish Lions series in Australia, 11am BST kick off, coverage from 10.30am

It would be great to get a bit of a crowd to watch this together.

I have now spoken with the manager of the Restaurant / Bar in the hotel and he is going to reserve an area for us. I have started a list of attendees below and will amend as more people post... The more the merrier.

APAT LIONS:

JP
Curly
Stu Ward
Darren Shallis
Rodders
Dave H
Jaxie
Holdy (if she can get up)
Ian
Brian
Matt
Carl

LMAOOO!!!  Chances of Holdy getting up on time?!   :D

I know we"ll be watching the match, but not sure where yet.  Don"t think we were meant to get to Coventry until the evening though.  Will ask the boss when he gets back from walking the dogs.

I will likely turn up if I am in Coventry at that time. Where you going to watch? The casino is the obvious place otherwise we are having to drive or get taxis to places.

Happy to use my contacts to get a good pub recommendation... or if everyone is happy with the casino then we can just meet there and make sure they are ready for us.

24 hours going by their website

Must have extended since last year, in that case. They were still closing at 6am every day then.

Websites are notorious for being out of date but I just rang them and they confirmed they will be open from noon on Friday until 6am Monday morning.
