You make good points Jon...but I think the concept of having "first teams" would be divisive within each forum as we poker players do have a tendency to over-rate ourselves.

Good point Jimmy, although I suspect Rich and Tikay will be playing for Blonde. Be good to see if Des can actually play though.........  ;D

Well he did chop the cash with Tikay in the tighty sit "n" go on Sunday night.  Although I don"t think we"ll be playing tighty rules in Blackpool.  ;)

The gambling.co.uk forum is interested in entering a team for this event and possibly 2 if numbers allow.

So what is the story behind this pic???

Did Des get caught stealing with 27off??? Or was it his round??

I know you won"t be short of players but I would like to put my name forward as well Des. Unless you would accept a team from a none poker forum. I could get a team together from the Uxbridge Football Club forum but I guess that"s not really in the rules.

just noticed this post ... got some questions bout it??:
what are the regulations to enter this specific tournament.
do u have to have a poker forum set up??
do all players have to be members of apat?
whats the min/max number per team?
what is the last date to register the team?

would like some further info plz?? ta much  ::)

Hi Laura,  Answers as best we can at the moment:

1) You need to be part of a poker community with a forum who are entering a team.
2) By participating your team will each get a membership.
3) Being determined but likely to be min 5 and max 10.
4) Absolute finalisation of individual player names will be June 25th, but we are likely to want confirmation of team entry by the end of this month latest.

Hi there - just wanted to ask some follow on queries to the above info:
1.  What about players who are "new" to a forum and have no knowledge of other forum members to get together a team?  Or is it just one of the team that has to be a member of a forum?
2.  If I can"t get a team of 5 is there a "pot" I can go into to potentially join an existing team that wants to make up numbers?

Hope this is OK but please let me know if you have any queries!  :)
Gary
