Okay.  Hot on the heels of the favourite poker TV thread comes best poker commentators.

Jesse May (The original and the best)
Mike Sexton (Pure class)
Gabe Kaplan (Great insight and brilliant delivery)

Just mentioned in the other topic, love listening to phil laak talk about poker, how ever crazy this guy is he does go deep in tournaments and a lot of what he talks makes perfect sense. Brilliant entertainment too. Much prefer the WSOP commentary team to the WPT team, Sexton has grown old on me and his parterner most of the time doesent seem qualified for the job (van patten).

Greg Raymer is a top pundit, and fashion aficionado.

HSP is great because of the players involved, but also because of the two hosting it.  Gabe Kaplan delivers his lines like they"re scripted.

As I got into poker off the back of "Late Night Poker", Jessey May is still the godfather of poker commentary for me.  Having said that though, I think in terms of poker theory you can"t beat Greg Raymer.  Some of his commentary on the latest season of the EPT has been top notch.  That guy definitely knows the game, maybe he might be world champion one day...  ;)

Not sure about his dress sense though Dan...

Nothing wrong with wearing a dress.......oops, wrong forum, again  ;D

Jesse May was the first comentator I heard, and still makes me smile. His analysis may not be top notch, but some of the things he says............... ???

Quite like listening to Roy the Boy, Victoria or either of the Boatmans as co-comentators to Jesse.
