Cardiff was a bit of a blow out as most know however, if you didn"t, AA < 65 and JJ < A5 did for me....
Finished 7th in the Omaha yesterday for £140, chipped up early making a very dodgy call ( but I believed I was right and was), was comfy until we got down to 14, managed a full double up vs Steve Redfern to ensure I entered the bubble period in decent shape, then 1st hand of the bubble lost KKxx v AAxx. Final table was completely card dead, first time I decide to raise with 33AK, knowing I"m going to be pretty committed, Leon 3 bets, I shove, and he calls as expected with KKxx... 1st card out was a 3....river is a 6 giving Leon"s xx cards a straight. No complaints from me, great structured tournament and learnt a hell of a lot playing against some good Omaha players.
