Yeah, we are. Returns from the £140 cash in the Omahahahahahaha. It"s not much.

It"s getting sorted - I poked the big fella on FB to remind him :)

First off an apology for how long it"s taken me to get on here. The only time I"ve actually had time to post on here, the site was down. A combination of phone issues, internet issues, working too much and the last few days being ill really topped things off.

Nottingham Main Event

Started badly, with me hitting turned trips, that gave Chen Tam a straight, then 2 pair losing to 2 pair. Dwindled right down to 3k just before the 1st break, then doubled up QQ v 77. Doubled up again, then started playing tight aggressive poker, and managed to build back up to approx 30k. Then lost 2 pair vs trips and ended up losing a standard flip with AQ.

GPS Stoke

Depsite having Ali Mallu on my table, I"ve got to say I felt extremely comfortable, even after seeing him 3 bet pre in level 1 to 1700 with J2...Managed to find a comfy fold with QQ after a KKJ flop, she showed JJ. From the button, it was folded to me, I raise with QQ at 150/300 to 750, very tight lady in bb 3 bets to 1700, I wanted to keep control of this, so 4 bet to 4k, and she instaships... I sigh fold and show. Even though it cost be 20% of my stack at the time, it worked out well, as I started to get much more respect. Not once did I lose a hand at showdown for the next 2 levels, and got back up above starting and towards the heady height of 40k. I picked up a hand against Ali Mallu which I"m still not sure of the right play, on his bb at 200/400 I raise to 1k with KK, he 3 bets his bb to 4k! First decision is what to do... the last thing I want to do is lose him in the pot so I call... flop K J 3 rainbow, again decision time after he checks, I donk bet 6k looking not interested, and he tank folds sigh...

Moved tables at this point as we broke up, got onto what looked a fairly loose table looking at the chip stacks, 1st go round that"s pretty confirmed. So when I"ve 3 bet with AK and 4 bet shoved on for 30k-ish I"m calling all day, 1st card Q, down to 10k. Less than 5 mins later, there"s an UTG raise, I see AK so shove what I have left, and Ben Jackson calls from late position with KK and it"s all over.

So the GPS returns are 0 unfortunately, and the APAT returns are £140.

That leaves us with:

Me £70
Glenn £28 PAID
Adam £14 PAYING CASH
Stu £14 PAID
Suzanne £7 PAID
Sean £7 PAID

Can return by bank transfer/stars just let me know which is preferable. And a big thanks for your trust and patience :)
