Team Scotland for ECOAP in Praha

It is with pleasure I announce the following team for the ECOAP Team Championships in Prague.


Gordon "GiMac" McArthur, Captain

Tom "LombBomb72" Clark



Now a Scotland regular Tom was part of the winning Scottish team in last season"s APAT Home Nations event and so will be looking to repeat the feat but on a European stage!


Clare "DuffNutz" Duffy



Clare has attended many APAT events and as long back as 2008 was a member of the winning team at the APAT UK Team Championships held in Blackpool. A player who isn"t afraid to get stuck in at the table her table talk will strike fear into the hearts of the opposition. Clare embodies what APAT and Team Scotland are all about a class poker player with great craic!!!

James "Herbiehackit" Ellis



An APAT regular. Herbie was the top point scorer, behind myself, in the Home Nations so was selected on this basis. Many people mistake Herbie for a Geordie but he is a true Scot at heart, as borne out by his kilt wearing in the Home Nations Event at DTD, in fact it is rumoured that it was some of Herbie"s distant relatives that started the dismantling of Hadrians Wall.


WARNING

It should be noted that all of Team Scotland will be kilted up for this event, so anyone of a nervous disposition   i.e. Team england, should take note and run for the hills.

I believe that daily checks will be made on a rota basis to make sure that all team members are properly attired. After all it is the law!!!
