No probs & thanks Least I can do. I know how p1ssed off I"d be if I"d played for an hour, then got 1.5k chips instead of 15k for an add-on. Waste of an hour of my life - and possibly an entire evening - if I"d chosen to base my night around this game, rather than plan something else instead.

The department that deals with refunds isn"t in now until Monday morning, so I will contact them then to sort. It usually takes 24 hours to process, so you should have received refunds by Tuesday morning.

My understanding from the other threads is APAT is looking to move networks away from Boss - probably can"t get more accountability than complete loss of business....
