To be fair to Matt here, I"m pretty sure that these month long leagues are merely replicating something that LPPL players have been able to participate in on whatever software they were affiliated to at the time, therefore the timings of these particular leagues should be mainly driven by the demand from existing LPPL players.
That"s not to say existing APAT players shouldn"t play them, but there has to be a balance on timing.
However, it"s been a while since APAT has run any weekly promos (i.e. Mini Leagues, Bunch Of Fives etc), I"m sure in the run up to Christmas, some festive added value wouldn"t go a miss, whilst everyone waits for news of the new Online League, WCOAP and Season 8.
