For every 4 to 6 that post, that equates to 1 new team. Just requires someone to nominate themselves as Captain.

No special rights to the DoomSwitch. The only advantage me and IrishTom have is that we can see everyone elses hole cards. We promise not to use that info to influence any decisions though
