Typical Fergie. Just as classless in retirement as he was in post.

Knighthood should be revoked IMO

Rant 2

The light after dawn, when the mist is still clinging to the land and the rain is blowing in from the west, limits visibility. The spray off the road adds to the ambiance. One point I would like to make, if you own a Fiat Zincpaperweight of a nondescript colour, turn on your fecking lights FFS

He is still a Director of the club, he should be sacked from that position for putting out a book that has chapters relating to current players in the squad.

It"s a complete ego thing, and as a United fan, truly disappointed that he felt the need to write another book which comes across so bitter about the past.

Then again, maybe this is all aimed at deflecting the attention away from the fact that the current squad is having a tough time of it.

;D

Great Manager, Great Leader, but will never be remembered as a Great Man.  Selfish, driven and bitter might have helped make him a winner, but I have cringed over the years at some of the things he has said and done, so can understand why other football fans take a dislike to the man.

Maybe its not possible to be a great manager and also a great man?

In other news, I think that I am about to find out (the hard way) the cost of running a 11 year old luxury car  ::)

The engine management light has come on tonight and it is shuddering worse than me on a Monday morning. Garage tomorrow for the bad news ...

Contrary to public opinion (Well Dawn"s opinion really) I pack for trips 10 minutes before leaving the house. Well I can tell you this - small suitcase packed for Portugal & large suitcase packed for Vegas

I is ready.........

Feeling a bit dry after getting the cases ready, go to the fridge for a coke. No coke - but thankfully the "other" fridge is stocked. Hello San Miguel.....

The part required for my car does not arrive until Monday. Now I never really thought about it, but being without wheels really is a pain...

Last Friday morning Howard Randles succumbed to the evil that is cancer. Howard may have been known to you as he attended a couple of APAT's and was in Portugal last year with us. He was the driving force behind the poker in the aquarium alongside his loving partner Karen.

I hope Howard has started up a poker school in heaven and is at peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with Karen at this most difficult time.
