It"s one of those spells, you know the ones, where you run as good as General Custer as he called Sitting Bull"s bluff. Where you read as good as the Captain of the Light Brigade, you know crap !

Doesn"t matter which site it is (or live for that matter), it"s the same old story. Get them in good and lose, get them in bad and lose, just get them in any which way and lose. Don"t get me wrong we all have these spells just need to relax and breathe and put a couple of pounds in the tin. However it is not easy to stay calm, but I will manage it because that is who I am  8)

So away from the tables for a wee bit, maybe put a DVD on, watch the rugby and turn the darts on later. Then at 8pm tonight fire up the APAT league and play like a demented whirling dervish on a mixture of banned substances washed down with copious amounts of on offer bottled alcohol.

See you later.........

Dawn is referring to my penchant for cooking at the weekend. I get spoiled at work with a great restuarant and the wee man cooks his own stuff. But at the weekends I cook.

Yesterday
Pork Loin Chips seared on the griddle to keep the taste in
Simmered in a pork stock with herbes de provence and seasoning for 3 hours
Potatoes wedges lightly oiled with extra virgin sprinkled with rosemary in the oven for 1 hour
selection of fresh vegetables

It was loverly

Today
Best Stewing Beef - cubed
Lightly browned with herbs & seasoning
Beef Stock, Carrots, Onions & Celery slowly simmer in the one pot for 2.5hrs
Liked the wedges in olive oil and rosemary so again
side salad with balsamic viniger dressing, hand made

Dinner @ 4.30
