I complained a month ago to Virgin Atlantic about the service on the Vegas flight, not a huge whinge just some observations. They replied today only one month later.

They did not address any of observations they just paid lip service and gave excuses.

They did give me 5,000 miles though - might get me to Blackpool

Good customer service reply it was not - never mind.......

I should not say this, but from that place you were lucky to get a reply, if half the things I am told are correct.

Doubt it but then again I haven"t tried all colas but still think that coca cola is the best.

It really isn"t worth debating too much because I would never refuse a good scotch.
