Stu - you suggest that most people are unaffected by the ruling.... I think you are wrong. Everyone is affected by it (unless they currently live in the region in which they were born).  If you as a Scot were allowed to choose to play for the Scotland region rather than the region in which you live, to keep a level playing field that grace would have to afforded to every other player in the league - everyone would then be laying claim to alternative regions based on their birth.......   the rule would be unmanageable and unpoliceable, at which point it becomes a nonsense rule.     By aligning all players to the region they currently reside in, the rule is enforcable, understandable, non-discriminatory, clear, and fair.

Chezger July Fest is already at capacity. I will leave the invitation list open until the end of March. I will then publish the confirmed list of runners. Long standing Chezger members followed by an independently scrutinised draw, with a reserve list.

If you have put your name down and can't make it on the date please let me know as soon as possible.

Last night at the aquarium was more of the usual.

One notable was that our very own Weiner Nunstadt  APAT European Champion Andy K turned up with his delightful lady and proceeded to fecking own the joint, finishing winner on a chip count when time ran out.

I do not live a healthy lifestyle and I do not take care of myself to any degree at all. I amaze myself at the fact that I exist at all. This was brought home to me today when I got the news that a very good friend of mine suffered a heart attack yesterday. He is ok thank god but they had to do some internal repairs to his arteries etc. He is expected to make a full recovery.

He is not a big drinker and takes care what he eats and exercises regularly. His age?  42

You never know the day or the hour..
