Took a half day today because fibre is getting fitted. Now why is it when you are given a time slot of between 1-6pm that it is a given that they will arrive at 5.59pm

Epic fail no engineer.

Ring the number that is there for such situations - at least a 15 minute wait for operator - fail of biblical proportions. I would not mind if they are busy because of the weather and they rang me. No contact and half a day wasted..... Not happy.

FFS got through to Sky and they checked the open reach site and it seems that the engineer contacted his control and said that he would not make the  rest of his appointments and I should expect a phone call tomorrow - it stinks - no good shouting at the wee girl but I want some sort of discount for this abortion.

Don"t do sick, oh don"t get me wrong sometimes I can be a wee bit, self inflicted, unwell but today I am struck down. I felt it a wee bit yesterday but I struggled into work this morning and had to come home I felt that bad. I can"t remember when I have felt this weak and shiitty and I don"t usually do drugs (cigs & beer excepted) but today I am dosing up on lemsip and assorted lozenges....

Not good.....

Openreach engineer re-booked for next week after loads of phone calls and controlled agression, Fibre will be installed at Chezger eventually.

Tell me one thing though why when they ring you do they still require you to confirm your identity - WTF is that all about, you rang me you eejit.
