Ok, so was taking a week off work to recharge a good idea. Well, that depends on your perspective I think. I don't have any real hobbies or interests that don't involve sitting at a computer screen, I hate gardening and don't do any energetic things like walking. Daytime TV for a slob like me is depressing in the extreme and makes me wonder why I have all the packages with Sky that I have.

It is now Wednesday and I am bored to tears, which brings me on to another conundrum, retirement. I am fast beginning to believe that I will never retire, I have no real enthusiasm for it. What would I do with my days? I enjoy my job and get well paid for doing it.

So in these days off I have come to a conclusion. I will have to be carried out feet first from my place of work.

You are not alone Ger.

Unless I"m actually going away on holiday, I hate not working.

Ditched Sky years back. Got fed up of paying for so may channels that I don"t and never will watch.

There"s nothing wrong with enjoying your job.  There are plenty of people that would love to be in that position, it does feel good.

I love my job as well. Sat here in my pants.

The plan is to buy somewhere abroad at some point.. maybe Vegas.

Will spend 6 months there, 6 months here. But still planning on working. Might change the pants though.

Homegame tomorrow FTW :) x

Poole Grammar school had a motto Finis Opus Coronat ("The End Crowns the Work") never understood the sentiment.  ::)

Did the school you should have gone too have a motto as well? ;)

So Black Caviar has been retired after 25 races unbeaten, now what do you think of a wee union between her and Frankel. The offspring could be awesome  ;D
