So Black Caviar has been retired after 25 races unbeaten, now what do you think of a wee union between her and Frankel. The offspring could be awesome  ;D

Fully expecting this to happen.

Wouldn"t be surprised to see the poor horse that was born never live up to the reputation.

In the aquarium the dynamics of the game are funny because the blinds are 15 minutes and the levels are steep in order to get the game over before closing time. Not ideal for you purists but it is what it is and it's a fun night out. You can re-enter (lose all your chips) up to the end of level 3 and receive 15k chips. On the last hand of the 3rd level I had 19k. I am first to act and bet 2k, Paul in mid position raised to 5k (blinds 300/600) with 18k back and I start thinking. If I shove and take his bet and the blinds I would be happy. Now if I do shove he has a HUGE decision if he calls and loses he is left with 4k and cannot re-enter (blinds 400/800 after break). I have 17k back and if I lose it will cost me £10 and I will get 15k. So I push all in. After much swearing and face pulling Paul folds QQ face up. I had 77 and they dealt out the cards (one of the annoying things of the aquarium) and I would have hit the case 7 (Karen had the other one).

Good fold by Paul? (he made the final table but failed to make the money).

Bad Fold.... Call the shove... Win, you have loads of chips. He would of lost as it happens, no rebuy but what"s to say his 4k doesn"t double up once or twice in the next few hands..? Also saves yourself £10 for the rebuy which could be better spent on beer..
