He runs good. Doesn"t fly back from Portugal until Tuesday and then straight down to London on Wednesday for Vegas.

Just back from holiday and catching up with things.

Really sorry to hear about Howard. Met him at the acquarium, in Portugal and in Stoke last year and seemed a really nice guy.

Thoughts are with Karen and the family.

The aquarium ain"t Vegas  ;D

However it is what it is, when we were down to 4 (and pays 3) this hand occurred.

Blinds 3k/6k I have approx 90k

Me (utg)   7s  7c raise to 22k
Joe all in (40k)
Danny all in (similar stack to mine)
Carl fold

Now if I fold Danny will have a good few chips (if Danny wins) Carl had approx 80k, and I will be gtd third. If Joe wins, well off we go again. If I call I am more or less gtd third as I would had slightly more than Danny and think Joe has Ax.

Anyway I call, it is the aquarium.

Me  7s  7c
Joe  Ah  10d
Danny  Ac  A s

Flop  7h  10h  6c

Turn   8c

River  10c

Take out the two and eventually chop it HU with Carl, priceless

The aquarium delivers again.

3 way chop last night when we were remarkably equal in chips - another 3 figure payout. (quads against nut flush helped along the way)  ;D ;D ;D

The madness that is the aquarium did surface on one hand

blinds 1k 2k

Wayne - all in 19k (ok move)
Charlie - All in 50k (must be a good hand)
Danny - Call 50k (out of a 70k stack)

Wait with baited breath for the 3 monsters (ok maybe 2 Wayne was just making a move)

Wayne  6d  5s

Charlie  8h 5d

Danny  Ks  9d

???

Board  5h  6h   Kd   3d   6c

comments

Wayne "Good play was rewarded"
Charlie "I would do that every day of the week"
Danny "Goodbye Charlie"

Priceless
