The amount of good luck coming your way depends on your willingness to act.

Rant alert.

McDonalds is a global brand a franchise that spans the whole world, civilised or not. So why can't they get a simple request at a drive through right. As is the want of my lazy Saturdays, I usually nip into the Cheshire Oaks outlet and being a creature of habit it's the same order for me and the wee man every time.

"2 McChicken sandwich meals, large, with fries not wedges and drinks are a coke & a fizzy orange, please"

Four successive visits and when I get home, I find my order a tad different.

Visit 1. One McChicken sandwich missing (no straws in bag)

Visit 2. Nuggets instead of sandwiches

Visit 3. Wedges instead of Fries (no straws or knapkins in the bag)

Visit 4. 7up instead of Coke

FFS how hard is it to get it right. I know I know, I should check my order before I leave, but its a drive through for God's sake, Pull up, order, grab and run.

I have sent a snotty email to head office but I won't hold my breath.
