Obviously I"m not wanting to sound harsh here, but why would the money not be there ? Surely a poker player who practices good bankroll management would also practice good bank account management ?

Seriously, I would have presumed it had already gone out my account. I have no DD"s or anything on this account so all money is spendable.

Is BlueSQ running a book on this event like it did for Blackpool?

I think that will happen once the player list settles down a bit.  There are some transfers going through at the moment and I will be updating the list later this evening.

Excellent.  So they"ll be running these books for all the nationals?  Definitely a good idea.

Is this any closer to happening? I have money to be squandered on some names I know ;)

Hi Everyone,

Was just wondering if anyone needed a lift down to the main event I am coming across on the Birkenhead boat arriving at 0700 Sat morning.  Im driving down to pick up Scouse(Woop Woop) in Abingdon then on to London.  I have room if anyone needs a lift down.  PM if you do.

PS I wont be driving back up got to go to Winchester on a course lol.

As I"ve mentioned a couple of times Scott, we"ll be confirming details of the DTD events, including timings - hopefully when we get back from Walsall.  The events are in late August, so I wouldn"t be worrying too much about them yet.

Seat sales will also be part of the information posted.  Given the timelines we are very unlikely to run sats and put this on sale next week.  We"ll delay it by a week to ensure the picture is clear for everyone.

I"m sure Des will update this thread as soon as he has information to give.

As you can appreciate, the UK Amateur Championship begins today and so Des will be solely concentrating on this event at the moment.

Please show a little patience.

It says on the "tour" page that there are satellites to the DTD event scheduled for today, tomorrow and Wednesday the 9th,10th and 11th of Feb. but I can see no satellite listed on Blue Square in the APAT section.

Have they been rescheduled or was "February" a typo ?
