APAT Live Satellites - every Thursday evening.

With the WCOAP currently taking place in London, I"ve put the weekly Thursday satellite "on hold" until next season"s announcement.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the satellites over the last 9 months

Not sure why you would do this. These games have been well supported of late and have enabled people to play APAT games who maybe normally wouldn"t. I"d be happy continuing to support these games during the "close" season.

...perhaps £82.50 won"t be the going rate next season?

Just seems a sensible decision. Pretty sure £82.50 will be the going rate next season.

Can"t remember the last time we didn"t exceed the guarantee, if that"s what you"re worried about. The only way to know if that was because of the upcoming WCOAP is to run a couple after it, if there"s no interest then I"ll agree that it"s a sensible decision but doesn"t seem that way to me atm

Just run them without the guaranteed seat.

They seem to get used like "seat credits" anyway, so could always just set the prize pool to the winner if it was less than £82.50.

Quick reminder that the Live Event satellites start again this Thursday night all being well (just waiting for Coral to confirm set up).

Format will be as usual:

Taking place every Thursday at 7:30pm with 1 hour late reg.

Buy-in is £10+1 with 1 APAT National Live seat for every £82.50 in the prizepool and 1 seat GUARANTEED.

Starting stack 2,500. 10 min levels.

Just seen this. You can"t do this on iPoker satellites. If you"re paying out 1 prize per, say, £82.50 collected, then you have to guarantee 1 seat in order for it to work. The only way round would be to collect all the cash, and pay out prizes manually at the end, but that creates extra admin.

To take part tomorrow night, and every Thurs, download the APAT Coral software via www.apat.com/online and then navigate to Coral Exclusive > APAT and the satellites will be listed as "APAT Live Satellite"
