If the National League starts on 1st Feb and runs each fortnight and my calculations are correct then Round 13 clashes with Day2 of the Scottish National. Will this be moved? Can the dates for the league games be published somewhere (apologies if they already have).

Just trying to get my diary sorted and want to play as much as possible.

We will publish the dates later today, but there are no clashes.

A very valid point.

Online Championship Buy In Amended

After a good deal of discussion, APAT can confirm revised entry pricing to our series of Online Championship events in 2009.

Main event entry will now be available at $50.00 + $5.00 (down from $75 + $7.50).  Online satellites will be available on the Monday and Tuesday evenings prior to each main event, at $10 + $1 Freezeout (Monday) and $5 + $0.50 Rebuy (Tuesday).

The events will have added value in the form of an entry to a Grosvenor UK Poker main event and APAT National Medals.

You can count me in for every single event now! Will these events be password protected or open to everyone who"s on Blue Square? I can see them getting some big numbers with a major influx of non-APAT members if they"re not password protected due to the amazing added value.

My goal for next year is to play in a GUKPT and a GBPT event so hopefully can win my way in one of these or at one of the live nationals  :D

Big thanks again to Des, APAT and Blue Square...

Thanks Chris.  These events will be open due to their nature.  All competing players will be enrolled in APAT if they are not currently members.

No probs, just checking - looking forward to playing in them, especially now with the added value! Plus the bankroll should be abe to withstand every event in the APAT online calender now with the lowered entry so i"l be aiming to play the vast majority of events!

....

Online Nationals - although I was a vocal opponent of the move to $11 online MTTs in S2, I now feel that the move to $82.50 is just too much.

Since I live about 20 miles from you I guess I should join the Manchester team?  :P

Yes, I think I can win any tournament I enter... do I expect to win every one? No.
