where have the regional live games gone?? i thought they were the backbone of apat and attracted alot of fresh blood into the live game enviroment ??

I disagree about them being the backbone of APAT - but that"s another discussion.

They"ve been removed as the casinos couldn"t dedicate the resources to them that were needed.

I agree - the Regional structure and event was certainly not "APATesque" - self dealt and shortstacked.... certainly not what APAT events are about.

Leeds will be Poker League Champions  (again)
Rotherham United will be in division 1
I will win an APAT event
You will not get to day 2
An APAT player will win the WSOP
Kinboish will have posted is 100,000
Des will be King
SirPercival will not play AJ after an all in and a call
Duke3016 will still be on with his "Thought of the day"
We will all still be moaning at not getting a seat

Wow, this one thread has just taken about 5 hours to read!!!!!!

Just to add my own congrat to des, team and Bluesquare for another excellent season in store, and also add my saddeness at loosing the regionals!!

now to catch up with the other 6 pages of unread posts!
