First exit of the day:


Calum Macleod finds  Kd Ks under the gun and the raise to 3,100 goes in. It is called in the bb by Conghai Wang


We see a flop of  6d 5d 5s


Conghai checks and Calum moves all in.

Conghai calls and shows  4c 5c


The turn and river of  8c  9c meant no improvement for kings and our first exit of the day.

While updating, we lost Gary Purcell, exit hand unkown.



Elsewhere, Damian Minnis"  Qd 4h ran into Samuel Jospeh Smith"s  7s 7c


The board of  8h 5h Kd 5d 3h was no help and Damian is also out.

Andy Whiteford with  9h 9s took on Gordon Robert Marshall"s  Kd Qd

There was a rollercoaster  Kc 7s 9d flop

Followed by a  5d to even the odds slightly

But the  Js river means that Gordon Robert Marshall has finished in 41st place

In fairly quick succession, we lose Dominic Crolla, Stephen Barr (he did not return for Day 2 and was blinded out), John Peebles and Peter Dick.


Meanwhile, Ross Fullarton"s  Kc Kd took on the Ac 7d of Robbie Dalgleish


The board runs out  6h Ah 3c 5s 6d and Ross is eliminated in 33rd place.

Main Event is now on L12 Blinds 800/1600/200 with 29 players remaining on average stack of 69,300 - just over an average of 40 BBs each.

Our side event - £25+£5 PLO 15k stack 30 min clock (late entry 90 mins) kicks off with 30 players...
